FAQs

How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes a further 2–4 working days, so most customers receive their order within 3–6 working days.

What if I make a mistake with my personalisation?

If you've entered the wrong wording, spelling or details, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can usually make changes. Unfortunately, once it has been made or dispatched, we're unable to amend it.

Can I send an order directly to someone else?

Yes. Your delivery address can be different from your billing address, making it easy to send gifts directly to family, friends or colleagues.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We'd hate for that to happen, but if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch and we'll do our best to put things right. You can contact us using our contact form or via WhatsApp and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
