Refund & Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, personalised products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@kwerks.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.
