At KWERKS, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Below, you'll find all the details about our delivery process, timings, and costs.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch Times

All products, including personalised or made-to-order items, are typically dispatched within 5 working days of receiving your order.
While we often dispatch sooner, please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods such as holidays.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as postal delays or severe weather conditions.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and chosen delivery method.
Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.
