Welcome to KWERKS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “the customer”) and Seyden Limited, trading as KWERKS (“we”, “us”, “our”), when you access our website or purchase products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to make purchases on our website. We currently sell and ship to UK addresses only.

Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may withdraw or update products at any time without notice.

Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, including for product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery times are shown at checkout, though these are estimates and not guaranteed. Personalised or made-to-order products may take longer. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
For standard (non-personalised) goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. You may be responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty. Personalised or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. By placing an order for a personalised product, you confirm that all details provided are correct.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly with details. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Seyden Limited (trading as KWERKS) or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information to provide our services and fulfil your orders. Your information will only be shared with service providers such as Shopify, delivery partners, and payment processors. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Marketing and Communications
If you consent, we may send you marketing emails. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send service emails such as order confirmations.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim in connection with your purchase is limited to the price paid for the goods. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Electrical Product Disposal Notice (UK WEEE Compliance)
Electrical and electronic products should not be disposed of with normal household waste. Under the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013, these items must be recycled or disposed of at designated collection points. By recycling your electrical products responsibly, you help prevent environmental damage and promote the reuse of valuable materials. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
